Cultural Treaty sorter

There is a script at:

http://www.hightekcafe.com/ikariam/

that allows one to sort their cultural treaty page by player name or by town name

The script is found at:

http://www.hightekcafe.com/ikariam/CATSort.user.js

It is NOT on the approved list of scripts, and I do not suggest anyone download it. However, can a Game Admin verify if it is legal to use?

The reason I ask as it is a script included in an already approved script: Blank Canvas
